Our goal at N1 Gym is quite simply to make your goal our goal, make this the foundation of what we do and ensure we get there safely, effectively and in a way that you enjoy. Exercise and most importantly health should be enjoyable. We are results driven and will work with you closely on an individual basis until we have achieved what you set out to.

I work with a wide range of clients but my favourite part is helping women overcome a fear of lifting weights and empowering them to feel happier, stronger and healthier. With 12 years personal practise i draw a lot of influence from the principles of yoga and its applications within personal training.
Weight loss, muscle gain, body sculpting, body confidence, Injury Rehabilitation, Sport specific, Contest preparation, Personalized exercise and nutrition plans.
